All Basic Ads are FREE. If you want to attract more attention to your ad then you may upgrade to a Featured Ad.

How do I list my ad?
First you'll have to register as a member (FREE), in order to take advantage of all our impressive benefits. Then, drill down to the most relevant category and click on the respective "post an ad" link. Once you have completed and submitted the form, your ad will be listed immediately.

Can I add any listing?
Yes, with the following exceptions: BuySellListings will not include any content, products, services or other information that according to our determination and sole discretion may be illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation. We will also exclude ads that may infringe upon or violate someone's property or rights.

Can I list my real estate property in more than one category?
Yes. If your property targets multiple audiences, you may place your listing in several appropriate categories. The listings fee and policy will apply to each submission.

Do I pay a commission when I sell my property or business?
No, you don't have to pay any commission and there are no final value fees.

Can I edit, delete, or renew an Ad?
Yes, very easily. Log in to your account, click the respective link and follow the instructions.

For how long will my ad stay on your website?
Since we do everything possible to create and maintain a reliable, up to date database; all ads will run for up to 30 days. You can renew your ad within five days of expiration, but all ads that are not renewed after 30 days will expire. After expiration you can still go into the members'  area and renew your ad, it will not be lost. You will also receive two email reminders when your ad is about to expire; one five days before expiration then one on the day before expiration.

Can I repost an expired ad?
Yes, log in to your account to repost or renew as often as needed until it sells. It will take less than 10 seconds to repost.

What  kind of photos can I upload?
Whatever you sell, your photos can have a tremendous impact on your initiative's success. Good photos can easily persuade your audience, providing accurate, detailed information. That's why we recommend high resolution, quality pictures. You can upload .jpg and .gif files. The size is not that important because BuySellListings will automatically resize your photos as they are uploaded.

Do you sell my email address?
Definitely not. We take privacy very seriously and do not share your email with any third parties.

How can I protect my privacy and my business's identity?
You can reveal as much or as little information about your property, business, classified listing or yourself, as you like, but please be careful because you never know who is on the other end of the internet. Sometimes the more information you can reveal about the product or service, the more visible it will be to the buyers and the easier it will be to sell it. Just remember, the higher the ads' relevancy and quality, the higher the response rates.
